FLA Properties 2 residences

With a mortgage on 1 home in joint names

Mortgage/home equity taken out in wifes name only on 2nd home

Will both spouses be liable for both mortgages in a divorce or will it come down to who signed for loans/mortgages

Both are listed as Property owners and they are Fla homes

Hi:

Even if you are not named on the second mortgage, this will probably be a marital debt especially if this is the marital residence.
