Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

My son has a new girlfriend of 4 months. Their mail is being delivered to my home where they are living. I have noticed that she has been using his name- her first name and his sur name. Can you advise what responsibilities he will be responsible for should this behavior continue. He is 43 years old and she mid 30's. Thank you so much.
