Employer Broke Labor Laws
I was recently ''let go'' from my job. I
have proof of this past employer
breaking many labor laws. I worked 4
months off the books and have proof.
Plus I have proof of many 12 hours
shifts that i worked by myself and
was unable to take breaks. I just filed
for unemployment. How should I go
about getting paid for all of this?
Re: Employer Broke Labor Laws
My firm does not handle these types of disputes.
