Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

i have a guy who owes me alot of money for when i worked for him . now he won;t pay me? what can i do? i was thinking of takeing the truck i drove ,since i have the key to it still?

Do not take his truck. You can file a wage claim against him for what he owes you. Depending upon the amount, you may be able to use small claims court.
