Harassment
Do I have recourse to a supervisor who uses profanity,when telling me to ''Go f--k myself.'' This person although a supervisor,has no authority in my area of employment. I
believe this creates a hostile enviornment, but am unsure
if there is any remedy.I reported this behaviour to my district manager,but feel that it will be covered up,or
they will file a false counter charge. I have no witnesses to corroborate this incident. A second management person was present, but I expect him to eithewr deny he heard anything, or join in a false counter charge.

Using vulgar language in and of itself does not constitute legal harrassment unless you are being targeted by the language due to a racial, sexual, religious or ethnic reason.
