Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York
Tattoo removal scar
I had a tattoo removed by laser surgery. In addition to the laser, the plastic surgeon removed some of it by cutting and stitching my skin. This has left an bumpy, red scar on my skin. Would I be able to sue this doctor for scarring my skin?

You may be able to sue...but practically speaking,no attorney will take the case becasue of the limited value given the amount of $$ invested to get a medical malprqctice matter going..no matter how small or large...it is not cost efficient for attorneys to handle small medical malpractice matters.
