Our neighbor's son fractured his tooth

The 8 year old friend of our son fell off his scooter and fractured his tooth while riding on our driveway. ARe we liable. Should we offer to pay the $150 dental bill.

unless he fell because the driveway is defective, you are not liable, but you may want to make the jesture.
