Legal Question in Product Liability in New York
Sold a used computer unbeknownst to us
To It may concern: My husband and I purchased a Computer from Rent-A-Center,Inc., being tods that it was a new one. Since the purchase price of $91.98 a month for 15 months- we havehad more problems with this PCthan one can imagine! the past year it has been taken out 6-7 times for some problem. We have fil a claim in smalll claims court. Could you please give me some inforamtion on how to handle this case? Mr.& Mrs. F.--name removed-- [email protected]

Simple. Have your paper work in order (purchase agreement, receipts, repair invoices, experts affidavit). Be ready to show how you learned it was not a new computer. Good luck.
