fileda disscrimination suit, ins.co. stop payment. while still disabled

im seeking a representative to help me in a workers comp suti. i filed a pr -se discrimination suit, i went through a trial, i had to file an appeal myself. the doctor and company documented that i was working for them ,in fact i was not. brief: comp. called there comp. dr. to stop the insurance claim buy putting down to the board that i retured to work for the, i did not and its all documented im MY paper work

Mr. Joseph Noghtsky; you have described a situation where the insurance company has stopped paying because the employer has made a false statement of fact (they claim you have returned to work and you are still disabled).
