Post Nuptial Agreement
Is there such a thing as a post nuptial agreement? Wife has reckless spending habits that I am unable to control. Divorce is a last option. Since, I am unable to control her spending, was wondering if there was a way to limit my liability. Thank you.

NC is a community property state. There is little that you can do to limity your liability except to talk to your wife about her spending.
