Property possession agreement

I am currently separated from my husband. I have typed up an agreement for me to keep possession of one of our cars and for him to keep his cars. Is this leagally binding if just the 2 of us sign this?

yes and no!. It is not a seperation agreement enforceable by the courts, but merely an contract. I would contact a local attorney to help you out with this matter.
