My Doctor has given me 15% disability in my right foot. How do I know how much compesation I am to recieve?

Multiply 21.6 by your temp total weekly check amount. Most people elect this after returning to a job they can sustain. You have another two years from payment of the rating to have medical treatment (longer with an approved Form 18M) and maybe more wage loss benefits if your condition worsens.

Alternatively, you could ask for a final settlement, or clincher. These typically include future medical treatment costs, anticipated permanent partial impairment or partial disability benefits and any ongoing or future total disability benefit exposure.
