Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Dakota

Validation of Duable Power of Attorney after Death

Does the ''attorney-at-fact'' or the ''agent'' have the rights to anything after principle's death.

For example, a financed vehicle in principle's name.

Is the Power of Attorney valid after principle person's death?

Re: Validation of Duable Power of Attorney after Death

The POA dies when the person dies. No such thing as validation - the power ends!
