Garnishment
In nov. I had a judgement to garnish my bank acct. I have since paid a settlement though a re-fi. How can i be sure any futre deposits can't be touched?

You need to make sure that the judgment gets a corresponding entry of satisfaction from the creditor, and file a copy of it with the garnishing court.
