Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My girlfriend and I are taking an intrastate trip in Ohio. She has a medical marijuana card that is valid and I have a valid concealed carry permit. Is it legal for me to posses my firearm while she posses her medical marijuana on her person in official packaging in the same car?
