My son, who is incarcerated, was married in 2001, his wife was incarcerated, in 2001, for 2yrs, and my son raised thier 1yr. old until she was released, in 2003, when she was released, she went back to her former boyfriend, had a baby who is now 3yrs. old. They never reunited, and both want a divorce. My question is what is the least expensive divorce, with the least amount of paperwork?

A dissolution of the marriage is usually the least expensive and the quickest to complete.
