auto crash

had a new car, 2900 miles, lady ran into me. she was cited, her ins is liable. adjuster says 7500 in damage on a 20000 car. i want what i had, new car. ins wants to fix damaged car. warrenty on car now void on fixed part, resale value gone. do i have a snow balls chance of getting new car or should i take the beating?

Insurance companies generally force you to take what they offer unless you are represented.
