Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Ohio

Power of Attorney

I will be out of town and with to give my 22 year old son authority to act on my behalf for medical needs for my 15 year old daughter. She is healthy but I am concerned about what happens if she needs medical treatment while I am out of the country.

I would think you would just need a limited power of attorney for your son. This way, he could get her medical attention if needed.
