Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

I have a small business where we are always inventing and creating new products. I want to ensure that my employees that work for me who help me invent products don't start claiming they invented products after they quit. Is there any sort of document they can sign when they start working for us, whatever they invest in my field we own the patents they come up with while working here?
