Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Star program Tax Rebate Check

I am qualified to receive a ''Star Program'' rebate check. In the past, these checks have been sent to the homeowners from the mobile home park owner.(The State of New York, sends a check to the park owner and they disperse it). I moved last Fall but ame entitled to said check. I have spoken with the park owner on two occasions in this regard. They have indicated to me that they have the check and will send it. I am still waiting...What can I do to expedite and resolve this problem?

Re: Star program Tax Rebate Check

You can sue in small claims court if you are visiting NY, or you can engage a local (NY) attorney to write a letter for you threatening further legal action if the check is not forwarded to you. You should write such a letter yourself.
