can a father residing in the state of Florida deliberately write his children out of his will and if so is there any way to fight it?

Yes, a father can deliberately disinherit his children. The only recourse a disinherited child has is to contest the will after his death and prove that the father did not have the requisite testamentary capacity at the time he executed the will. The burden of proof is on the person contesting the will.
