Removal of a judge from a particular case

In probate court how does one(what are the procedures) to have a judge removed from a particular case?

First you should make a request to the judge and ask him/her to recuse themselves. You will of course need an appropriate reason (conflict of interest, etc.). This should be done in writing. If the judge refuses, I believe you can go through the Supreme Court and request removal (this is what I recall, I am not 100% sure). Best Regards Edward DiCato
