Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Trustee obligation to beneficiaries?

My father established a revocable AB trust and now his wife has died, 14 years after his death. Did the Trustee have a legal obligation to contact, give information about terms of the Trust to, and/or provide a copy of the Trust to the beneficiaries?

if you are a beneficiary then the trustee may have an obligation to report to you.

if you are are not a beneficiary the trustee has no duty to you.

you need to get a lawyer immediately to assess your rights
