workman comp and fmla

ive been on workmans comp since 1-23-08. partial amputation of ring and middle finger tips. 2 weeks ago i recieved paper work for fmla. company says they can make me use up my fmla. is that true? thanks

Good afternoon,

Generally, an ohio employer can require that fmla be run during a period you are off work due to a work-related injury.
