Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma

I took my car to this guy and gave him money to fix it. it took him a year i gave him chance after chance and it was still not done. he lie to me all the time and put emotional stress on me. how would i sue him or how would i put it.

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the obvious remedy is to sue him for the money he received. Depending on the amount involved, you may be able to do that in small claims court. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
