the eeoc has found that my compaints were true and active that the company did malice and recless act against me for beening black eeoc made me do a writing offer what does this mean its been over a year since this case has been opened

Without knowing more about "how" this case was resolved, it would be difficult to answer your question.

Did you go before a mediator? Or, did you file a law suit? Either way, this senerio does'nt sound reasonable. They shouldn't force your hand with and adverse the employer. It is their (federal) responsibility to handle such manners on your behalf, or issue a "Letter of Right to Sue" so that you can file your case in court. You may want to contact the agent assigned to case and see what is going on. However, I would recommend you do so in writing and request their (EEOC and Employer) responses in writing. Do not call. This way you can document the situation for future court filings.
