Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Oklahoma

A Law firm filed a motion in court in oklahoma county courthouse and obtained a judgement against me on a credit card bill in 2005. I recently became aware of it after they subcontracted it to a local collection agency for collection. I have written to the collection agency to show mw proof of credit application reequesting credit approval and documents of transactions made on the account.I also requested that they show mw a signed document or picture showing me in possession of the summom they claimed was served and accepted by me. They told me they did not have to prove anything to me since they have a judgement from a court of law. My questions are..(1) Are they right that they are not required to prove my ownership of the account? (2) Can I appeal the judgement based on the fact that I do not recall being served a summon to appear in court for my defence? (3) Do I need a lawyer to fight this? I do not have the means to retain an attorney at this time. i need your advise. Thanks. al
