Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

My grandparents died more than 30 years ago, but they did not leave a will for their property. They owed no taxes and my father has paid the property taxes even before they both died up to this year. Does the property have to be probated? It is barely worth $5,000 now because the house was burned by vagrants three years ago and is now a dumping ground for people. He has four siblings who are all in agreement that the property should be sold as soon as possible. They are all in their 80's.

You can try sell it. File what is called a Judicial Determination of Death which in essence states the decedent's name nad who the heirs are. You attach death certificates for that decedent and file with the Office of County Clerk on that property.

This would be simple.
