when looking up land description, what do the initials IT stand for uder the heading ''type''. Also, the number 11 under the ''class''

Who wrote the land description? Title company? Surveyor? If there isn't a legend somewhere on the document explaining initials and numbers, call who ever prepared the description and ask them.
