Could be there's an employment discrimination case. A lawyer will need to ask more detailed questions to determine just how viable a case there might be, if any. I agree with Sam that you may have a claim. The Oregon State Bar Says:

"In Oregon, it is unlawful for an employer to fire, refuse to hire or refuse to promote an individual because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, disability, marital status or age. However, discrimination may not be illegal if a job requirement that causes the discrimination is necessary to the normal operation of the employer�s business. Oregon law applies to every employer in the state regardless of the number of employees. State law protects people 18 and older from unlawful hiring and firing, as well

as discriminatory wages, benefits and overtime. Oregon law also forbids

age discrimination by labor unions and employment agencies."
