Legal Question in Workers Comp in Oregon

I got hurt on the job 6 months ago i went and saw their doctor he still does not know what is wrong and why is is still hurting so i made an appointment with my doctor i informed them and within hours they were telling me that they were offering the only position they could find for me and it is 1/3 pay and half the hours or termination and i have to decied within hours what should i do? i do have an open claim

This is too complicated a question to answer in this forum. You should call the oregon state bar lawyer referral service to get a lawyer, or the workers' compensation ombudsmen at the workers' compensation division for help. Lawyers in this area work on a contingency fee basis, so you don't have to pay out pocket costs in most cases.
