Legal Question in Family Law in Panama

Divorce in Panama
How much would an average divorce be in the country of Panama. Husband currently lives in Florida.....has lived here for 7 years. He has a green card but is not a US citizen. There is one 10 year old son, and they have been married for 3 years. The wife came to America 3 years ago when they got married but has now moved back to Panama.

Divorce should be in Florida. Doubt US will honor Panama divorce.
