Misdemeanor. Aggravated indecent assault is a felony.

This crime is generally a misdemeanor of the first degree. However, if the alleged victim is under the age of thirteen, it can be a felony IF the person convicted has a previous indecent assault conviction or if there is a course of conduct (numerous assaults).
