Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

a parolee framed by a married ex to violate parole

My brother's son mother got involved with him, and her husband found out about it. She in turn brought her husband to my brother's home, and her husband hit my brother. in turn my brother defended himself. The woman stood by my brother up until two months after his re-arrest for the violation of parole. Because her husband called his friend (who is a parole officer where my briother's parole officer is also), and his friend, the parole officer told my brother's parole officer what happened to lead to the arrest of my brother in the first place. She told the parole officer that my brother was defending himself against her husband, but after the 2 months she decided to get back with her husband and now she wrote a letter about possible danger if my brother comes home on parole again. What can I do?

A good lawyer is always helpful. It would appear that the ex has made previous inconsistent statements. Those are often powerful evidence. I offer free consultations.
