Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

License suspension?

I am being charged with a DUI. It's very serious and a first offense. I haven't been charged yet. When will PennDOT suspend my license. I plan to seek ARD.

Re: License suspension?

If it is the lowest blood alcohol offense under ARD you would receive no suspension. If it is a higher Blood alcohol offense the suspension would begin after your acceptance into ARD. You should speak to an attorney as soon as possible. I offer free consultations.

ARD or Bust?

Simply because you ask for ARD doesn't mean you shall receive it or even are entitled to this program. ARD is the acronym for Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition...in layman's terms, it is a program that is normally negotiated by that of your attorney and only upon approval of the District Attorney's Office and the Judge.

The bottom line is you need to be informed of what you will be pleading to if anything, and the DA's office WILL NOT HELP YOU!

Therefore, retain legal counsel ASAP or risk having a lifetime criminal record and loss of driving license.

My office offers a flat rate for this matter and free consultation, give me a call and let me help you out. I also have additional information available at my website www.Alleghenyattorneys.com.
