Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania

Insurance Law

My 23 yr old son was in an accident with his car were he was at fault. His insurance had lapsed 10 days prior. His car was totaled and there were damages to 2 parked cars. What responsibility is he going to have for the damages. He has been living with his father for the past 4 years but never changed his address on his license or registration from mine (his mother) Will either his father or myself be liabable for any of the damages.

Re: Insurance Law

He is an adult, and if he is the owner of the car, he should be the only one responsible to pay for the damage he caused. He could ask the insurance companies for the two parked cars for a monthly payment schedule.
