Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

Do I have a Case?

My daughter is 14yrs old abt a 1.5 yrs ago I had the dr look at a lump on my daughters skull the dr felt it and said it was only her skull had it checked again this time by a different dr, the dr said it was only a calcium deposit, my daughter was complaining of headaches dr lied to the er department at another hospital stating that she was hallicinating and the she was having severe headaches I called that day to see if they made an appt for her to see a specialist to find out this specialist did not deal with this kind of lump because it is on her skull, she should of seen a neruologist from the begining but the dr was sending her to an orthopedic surgeon, there is alot more to this , My daughter has to go in now for surgery which I dont think would have been so invasive had they checked this sooner when the lump was much smaller, when the lump was first found it was only about the size of your finger tip now it is about the size of a half dollar and now she will have a plate and screws in her head
