Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

PECO damaged home during service interruption

In seeking legal counsel, I gave all of the supporting documentation, photos, etc. to an attorney last November to see if I have a case. I have not heard from her and the 2 yr. statute of limitations runs out on July 6th. I don't know many attorneys, and don't have much time to find one that would be interested in handling this case. Can you point me in the right direction or shall I initiate action on my own behalf and if I do, how would I go about doing this?

You should notify the attorney in writing that you want her decision ASAP. Deliver the note to her office personally if you can. Be polite. If she responds by declining the case you should ask her the basis for her opinion and ask her as well how you might be able to protect your rights as you look for another attorney.
