Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My grandmother, aunt, and father all passed away with just their names on the deed. My father being the last to die and inherited the house before he got married. Who does the house belong to? Me or the wife.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. Assuming the property was held in as a joint tenancies with the right of survivorship then the property would have gone to your father. If he had no will then if he lived in PA, the property would go to you his child and wife together.
