Owning Real Estate in the State of Pennsylvania

Can a 14 yr old be put on a deed as

50 % ownership in owning real estate

in the state of Pennsylvania as part of

a divorce settlement?

Legally, you can put property into any ones name. Perhaps the question is should you.

If you are asking here it would seem to me you have crafted your own property distribution with out the aid of lawyers.

This might work for you but its false economy. A few hundred bucks spent today to get it right is a lot cheaper than having to spent $1,000s of dollar to fix what might seem a minor grammatical error.
