Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

clarify meaning.

on a will - Article I it states -

I give all my estate unto my children, A, B & C, or the one of them that survives me, by 30 days.

This is exactly how it reads.

now my question, if A passes away, is the estate divided up between B & C ? or is it dividied up between B, C, and A's depends ?

In Pennsylvania, this would be interpreted to leave the estate to B and C alone, assuming both of them were alive 31 days after the death of the testator.
