Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

How do I get the sole custody of my son?

I have a 2mos old son he was named after his father's surname and his father acknowledged him although we are not married. He has his 2 other sons with other woman whom he lives with. So after we registered my son I wrote a letter signed by him stating that he agreed to use his surname by my son and he will not take my son away from me. I was getting a threat from him that anytime there will be somebody who will get my son from me and he is harrassing us? Does he have the right to do that even if he is no support to my son since my prenatal up to now? Is there any possibility to get the custody of my son even if I am employed? Does the letter signed by him is enough proof for him not to have the custody of my son even after my son is over 7 years old of his age? Thank you very much and God Bless.

Technicall and legally, He cannot get hold of your son. You are the legitimate mother who have custody of him. He can only excercise visitorial rights and then that's it. The fact that you are not married to him deprived him of custody to your son.
