Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

Good day!!! I would like to seek legal advise regarding our property. My father left a parcel of land which he inherited from his parents. Since it is an inherited land and not a conjugal property, my mother is entitled only to one share as what we are supposed to get right? We want to sell it for 1M NET, the buyer will shoulder all the expenses( cap gains, taxes, transfer etc)We have 3 illigitimate siblings (acknowledge by my father tru BC),and as legal children we are 5 plus mom equals to 6, so all in all we are 9.My question is how much would each one of us get?and how do you compute for it? Thank you so much and hope to hear your reply. More power and Godbless

Your father died without a will. Then you can divide the share among yourselves, your mother and the legitimate children. While the illegitimate children will get a half of what the legitimate children will receive. Thus, if the share of each of the legitimate children is P100,000.Then P50,000 is the share of each of the illegitimate children. Half of the share of the legitimate children is the basis of the share of the illegitimate children.
