Legal Question in Family Law in Puerto Rico

Federal Pension exempt from Divorce?

My husband and I now reside in PR - he filed for divorce in PR and he claims his Federal Pension [he was a postman for 25 yrs] is exempt from divorce proceedings. Is that true?
