Orientation

i am a divorced woman, i have been living with a divorced man for the past four years, i had and have obtained assets by own efforts, everything is under my name and he has not paid for any acquisition.

i have two adult daughters. if something should happen to me, would he have any legal rights to claim anything?

It all depends on the specific transactions. Judging by the limited amount of information provided, in Puerto Rico, it would seem that your partner would have no claim over any assets in this case.
