Legal Question in Family Law in Puerto Rico

My son

my son was taken from me by his father without my permission. I had my son visiting his grandmother in Ohio when my husband showed up at her house and said that he was taking my son with him back to P.R. They did this without my consent or knowlegde. I found out an hour before their flight back to Puerto Rico. I also found out that my son doesn't live with his father anymore. He gave him to his father and grandmother to raise him because he doesn't want to take responsibility for him. What can I do to get full custody of my son?

You need to initiate a proceeding in your place of residence, under the Parental Kidnapping Act.
