or any other adults websites to find love do the parents have to sign a releast
for their son or daughter

The terms of use agreement for match.com and similar sites requires that the person on the web swear they are over 18. If under 18, and the site finds out, they will kick the minor off post-haste. There is no provision for parent waver/release.
