Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
Will and power tomake med. judgements
My spouse and I want to make a will leaving everything to whoever survives the other and then to my daughter if we both pass on. Also we want her to have the legal ability to speak to our physicians and give her opinions of what treatment we should have if one of us does not survive the other and we are incapable to make medical decisions.

You and your spouse should consult with an attorney to discussing having Wills and Health Care Powers of Attorney drafted. Those two documents should easily address the issues you referenced. Good luck to you.
