Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

If you exceed the 12 point system and you are a widowed female whose job depends on getting to and from work what action can be taken to insure that you can drive possibly with restriction to maintain ones job. I have no other means of getting to work other than drive and I am a nurse normally working the 11pm to 7am shift.. What should I do to in this situation. No points were associated with alcohol, drugs etc., couple of accidents with no injuries were involved. plus

speeding not exceeding 10mph... Thanks for advice..

Posing your question to the DMV is your best bet. They can pull up your record, tell you when points will be dropping, and what your options are. Besure to ask about taking a Defensive Driving class that is available in SC, in which you can get one or two points removed. Honestly, your most reliable source of info is the DMV.
