Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

My hearing was 11 months ago and both the commissioner and the ins. rep who was there assured me my medications would be paid for the remainder of my life if necessary for my injury. They have paid them fine until now, and now they have stopped. I have a 16% back injury and need pain medication about 4-5 days out of every seven plus something to help me sleep at night because of the pain. Any hope? I never drew a dime because I worked staight through the entire ordeal because I was afraid of losing my job.
